Queen rooms: $90-110 depending on length of stay and number of people.
Apartment $150.00 per night, lower rates can be negotiated for longer stays.

We encourage you to arrive early and stay late to give you time to relax and enjoy your stay. In consideration of incoming guests, we may ask you to vacate your room by noon. But please feel free to stay and explore the property and the neighborhood.

Children are more than welcome. However as the river is only a short distance away and out of sight of the house we urge parents to ensure the children are cautioned about the river. It can be extremely dangerous during the spring floods and there are deep sections and fast rapids.

Dancing Waters caters to guests with pets as we have one resident elderly dog and two cats who will greet you with affection. The dog is eager to be petted and loved and has enjoyed the company of all our guests. The cats, being cats, can be affectionate or standoffish depending on their mood. Your pet will be made to feel welcome although we do request that it be kept under control. We provide a kennel for your dog if it is acceptable to both you and your dog.
